I know it's been a long time since I've blogged, but I do have a good excuse... our Network Adapter broke, so I couldn't do it for a while.  I do have posts from different dates that I mantaged to type up, just not post.  I'll start with those.

Hey.  Sorry this update couldn't come any sooner, but I have just been very busy lately.  Melanie, as you know is sick, just went back to the doctor today.  She came home with just about the worst possible solution to the mystery, the swine.

She had most all of the symptoms, and I'm pretty sure we were all thinking that it was more than a virus, just nobody wanted to say anything.  She can't be in school until Thursday, or maybe even later.  I feel so bad for her, because she is to the point now where she is so bored with herself, all she can do is sit there and lay around, since she's not strong enough to do anything else. 

It's so awful, and I feel so bad.  I can't tell her I know how she feels, because I don't.  I also can't help her because she is extremely contagious, so I can't get anywhere near her.  I feel so bad for her.  The stupid part is that they couldn't give her an antibiotic, because they said she is too late in the virus or something like that. 

You may be wondering, so is she scared?  Is she worried?  Well, the answer to those questions and a lot of others is simply, yes.

Today Melanie's highest temperature was 102.5.  I ask that you continue to pray for her and hope that she gets better.  Sorry this post is late.  Our internet connection is seriously jacked up.  It works on and off, so Mom called the company today.  Hopefully things should be fixed soon, but for now, I'll have to stick with late posts.

Today I started teaching myself the process of writing HTML codes.  I found this really cool website, it's easy to use and it helps me a lot.  I have a website to update, and I'm kind of tired with using the same old, same old codes that people put on the internet that I wish  I could edit or change.  I've decided that it was time for me to teach myself.  Now, not only can I write my own, or at least am I learning how, but I can also edit others and customize them to meet my needs.  My mom seems pretty impressed with my work as well.

Wow.  First a loss of internet, then the Network Adapter breaks.  My life just keeps getting worse and worse. Melanie is recovering from the Swine Flu and is going back to school Monday.  She is also writing a story which I will post when she finishes it.  I hope you all have a great day.


Okay, so now that I got those over with, I have a lot to catch up on.  I made a 100 on both Algebra quizzes and the test, so my average is now a 97.  I'm happy.

I have discovered the Clique series, and this is my third book this week.

I am eternally mad at Katie for biting me last night

I have a big assignment due tomorrow that I have to finalize today.

    It's so nice to get an extra hour of sleep, especially on the weekends.  Melanie is better, only because she is under the control of medicine.  She has to take this cough medicine, and medicine for her fever.  Right now she's 100.1, but that's better than the 103.2 she was last night.  It's kind of hard to believe that it's only a virus, but I've got to cope with her.

    Okay, so I couldn't find this one in my size, but it is Halloween, which means Fun, Candy, and coustumes.  Melanie just went to the doctors.  She should be back shortly.  She still has that high fever.  Katie and I are waiting for a call or something to guarentee us it's not something bad...
    She still has that cough, so please pray for her if you can.  Hopefully she will find out what's wrong with her, then get some medicine and still enjoy the holliday to it's fullest!  Speaking of Ha...

    It's so nice to know that you don't have to get up tomorrow!  I am so happy that I can stay up late tonight and sleep in tomorrow!  Although I have to work at the Elementary school's fall festival for service hours for the Seneca Middle School Jr. Beta Club and I have to help my Mom babysit tonight, and I have a lot of Algebra homework this weekend, I still have a lot of time for fun and games!
